First time Mickey Mouse speaks, and his first spoken words were “Hot Dogs!”. This short is also the spark for the idea of the most memorable merchandise in Disney history. During the film Mickey tips his “ears” at Minnie (like you would a hat) and Roy Williams, a storyman who worked on the Mickey Mouse Club, came up with the idea for “Mickey Mouse Ears”.
